* Enfermedad grave: Disnea, frecuencia respiratoria ≥ 30/min, SatO2≤ 93%, infiltrados pulmonares que progresan en 24-48 horas (esto ocurre en 14% casos)
* Enfermedad crítica: Insuficiencia respiratoria, shock séptico, fallo multiorgánico (5%)
