# 141. ¿Cómo se rellena el certificado de defunción por COVID-19?

Una vez objetivado que no hay signos de vida para rellenar el certificado habría que poner lo siguiente teniendo en cuenta que no siempre disponemos todo el seguimiento de la enfermedad:

\-        Causa **inmediata**: Parada cardiorespiratoria

\-        Causas **intermedias**: Enfermedades previas del paciente. Ej. HTA, DM, etc.

\-        Causa i**nicial** o fundamental: **Insuficiencia respiratoria** secundaria a infección respiratoria aguda.

Según el artículo 87 de la ley de Registro Civil dadas las circunstancias actuales el registro abre todos los días de la semana en horario de mañana y tarde para facilitar los trámites.
