\-        DISNEA: Morfina 30mg + Midazolam 30mg + Butilbromuro de Hioscina 60mg

\-        DELIRIUM:  Morfina 30mg + Levomepromazina 50mg + Butilbromuro de Hioscina 60mg

Se disolverá en **un suero salino fisiológico de 100 o 250ml y se administrará en 24 horas**. Recordar siempre pautar dosis de rescates, que podrán administrarse a demanda, y cuantificarlas para poder ajustar perfusión de forma dinámica. Las **dosis de rescates** para estas propuestas serían: **Morfina 5mg, Midazolam 5mg y Levomepromazina 12,5mg.**
