# 193. ¿Cómo evito que se me empañen las gafas?

Es importante **ajustar correctamente la mascarilla**. Para ello hay que **poner los dedos corazón en el puente de la nariz y presionar con ambos índices en los laterales** (293). Después podemos **soplar fuerte hacia arriba y comprobar que no salga aire**.

Si a pesar de lo anterior **se nos siguen empañando** las gafas existen unos productos con propiedades hidrofóbicas de venta en ópticas denominados **sprays antivaho**.
