Afecta mas a **hombres mayores** con comorbilidades provocando enfermedades respiratorias graves (71). Las principales comorbilidades son **HTA, diabetes, enfermedades cardiovasculares, enfermedades respiratorias, enfermedad renal crónica(234) , demencia y cánce**r activo en los últimos 5 años (siendo el mas frecuente el **cá**ncer de **pulmón**) e i**nmunocomprometidos** (79)(235)

‌Infecciones en trasplantados, otros inmunocomprometidos y pacientes con muy bajo índice de masa corporal todavía no se han reportado.
