**Sí.** Organismos y asociaciones internacionales como OMS (106) y CDC (271) recomiendan mantener el contacto madre-hijo y la lactancia materna en caso de infección materna. No se ha identificado el virus en leche (272), por lo que el contagio puede suceder por el contacto estrecho, y se recomienda extremar las medidas para evitar el contagio (mascarilla durante la toma, higiene de manos y superficies).
