# 203. ¿Hay pacientes de riesgo para dar ILT si no es un trabajador sanitario?

**No**, si el paciente cree que su situación comprende un riesgo para su salud, debe contactar con el Servicio de Prevención de **Riesgos Laborales** de su empresa para valorar las medidas que se consideren convenientes. Si lo autoriza **Riesgos Laborales**, debe hacer un **informe de indicación** de **aislamiento** por **imposibilidad de reubicación** en puesto exento de riesgo COVID 19 de manera individualizada que sí será IT Z20.828).
