# 84. ¿Con la evidencia disponible se puede pautar tratamiento?

La **Sociedad Americana de Infectología publicó el 27/04** una [guía detallada](https://academic.oup.com/cid/advance-article/doi/10.1093/cid/ciaa478/5825667) con una **revisión completa** usando la metodología GRADE y compartiendo sus conflictos de intereses. Hay un déficit de evidencia en todos los tratamientos salvo en no usar corticoides en pacientes ingresados sin SDRA donde el nivel de evidencia es muy bajo. Las recomendaciones son:
