# 81. ¿Hay algún esquema de tratamiento para cuadros leves?

No hemos encontrado ninguna guía ( CDC(151), OMS (152), Guía china 7º edición(153) ) que indiquen cuál debe ser el tratamiento en cuadros leves salvo las medidas higiénicas.

Hay un tweet citando al Dr. Muriel Álvarez del CHC de Toulouse donde se relata que hay 4 pacientes jóvenes graves por Covid-19 que habían tomado ibuprofeno y que desaconseja pautar antinflamatorios (Fuente: @ManzeG, 14/03/20). **No hay ninguna guía que haga una recomendación de tratamiento de síntomas leves** por lo que no hay evidencia para hacer una recomendación clínica en este sentido. La AEMPS ha hecho una nota de prensa en este mismo sentido (154).
