# 68. ¿Cuáles son los criterios para pedir Rx de tórax?

Aunque **no se dispone de evidencia** científica **para poder recomendar o desaconsejar la radiografía de tórax de forma sistemática** en los pacientes sospechosos o con infección confirmada por SARS COV 2 con enfermedad leve sin comorbilidad, conviene recordar que en **un porcentaje sustancial de enfermos con enfermedad no grave** (que llega al 17,9% en la serie de pacientes más amplia conocida hasta ahora) **no se advierten alteraciones** en la radiografía de tórax convencional ni en la tomografía computarizada (TC)(33).
